Justin L. Scott, Esq.

Mr. Scott counsels clients with regard to long-term care planning, wills and trusts, asset preservation, Medicaid qualification, and probate. Prior to starting Scott Counsel, Mr. Scott gained years of invaluable experience in estate planning, elder law, asset protection, and life care planning as a respected attorney for two elder law firms here in South Jersey. Before moving to New Jersey, he began his estate planning, complex high-net-worth estate planning, and elder law career clerking for a Washington, D.C. area law firm.

Mr. Scott is the 2016 Avvo award recipient of the “Client Choice Award” and in 2019 & 2020 Voted Top Attorney. He is a frequent speaker on various estate planning and elder law topics.

When not servicing clients, Mr. Scott enjoys spending time with his daughter Sofia, traveling, attending Broadway shows and Philadelphia sporting events, and playing golf.
